Ingredients:
- Soya - 1 cup
- Dates -2 cups
- Honey- 1 cup
- Sesame seeds - 1 cup
- Peanuts - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1 cup
- Cashews - 20
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
Method:
- Fry cashews in ghee and keep aside
- Fry sesame seeds, soya, urad dal and peanuts seperately and allow them to cool
- Now grind them into powder separately and then mix
- Grind dates into paste
- Add date paste to powder mix
- Now add honey and make balls
- Decorate with cashews
