
Ingredients:
- Jowar flour - 1 cup
- Rice flour - 1/2 cup
- Besan - 1/2 cup
- Sesame seeds - 1tsp
- Ajwin - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 2tsp
- Ghee - 1 tbsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix jowar flour, rice flour, besan, sesame seeds, ajwin, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt
- Add melted ghee add water little by little and make a soft dough
- Fix the muruku press and put small portion of the dought into it, Press the dough into hot oil and fry them till golden brown
- Strain muruku and shift them into an dry container. Repeat the process with remaining dough
- Store Jowar muruku in a air tight container
