Methi Biscuits


Ingredients:

  • Maida - 1 cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Besan flour - 1 cup
  • Methi leaves - 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Jeera - 1 tsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Method:

  • Mix all the above ingredients
  • Make a dough by adding warm water
  • Roll the dough like chapathi and cut it into circular shape and using fork make nice dimples on them
  • Deep fry them until golden colour
  • Methi Biscuits are ready and remain fresh for a week
