Ingredients:
- Maida - 1 cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Besan flour - 1 cup
- Methi leaves - 1 cup
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
- Jeera - 1 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Chilli powder
- Salt
- Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Mix all the above ingredients
- Make a dough by adding warm water
- Roll the dough like chapathi and cut it into circular shape and using fork make nice dimples on them
- Deep fry them until golden colour
- Methi Biscuits are ready and remain fresh for a week
