Ingredients:
- Ajwin - 1 cup
- Fennel seeds -1 cup
- Dry ginger - 1cup
- Cumin -1/4 cup
- Coriander seeds -1/4 cup
- salt
Method:
- Dry roast the above ingredients seperately cool & grind to a fine powder
- Add salt
- Take 1/2 to 1 tsp with the first bite of a meal to help digest that meal
