Ingredients:
- Carrot - 1 big
- Beetroot- 1/4 cup
- Spinach - 5 leaves
- Tomato - 1medium
- Cucumber - 1/2
- Bottle gourd-1/2 cup
- Radish red - 1 small
- Dates -4
- Honey-2 tbsp
- Lemon juice -1 tbsp
- Water -1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves
Method:
- Wash the vegetables and cut into pieces
- Now grind them by adding water
- Add dates and coriander leaves and grind it into a smooth paste
- Extract the juice add honey and lemon juice and mix well
