Ingredients:
- Chapathi - 3 to 4
- Chopped Cabbage strips - 1/4 cup
- Chopped Carrot strips - 1 cup
- Chopped Capsicum strips- 1 cup
- Chopped Beans - 1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion strips -1/2 cup
- Chopped Spring onions - 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
- Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
- Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut chapathies into a long thin strips and keep aside
- Heat the oil in a deep skillet and add ginger garlic paste
- Now add onions and fry for 2 minutes
- Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans and fry for 5-6 mins. They should be little crunchy and not overcooked
- Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, salt and chapathi strips and mix well so that the noodles are evenly coated with multiple Sauce and flavours
- Now add the chopped spring onions and stir well
- Serve hot
