Chapathi Noodles - Chinese style


Ingredients:

  • Chapathi - 3 to 4
  • Chopped Cabbage strips - 1/4 cup
  • Chopped Carrot strips - 1 cup
  • Chopped Capsicum strips- 1 cup
  • Chopped Beans - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion strips -1/2 cup
  • Chopped Spring onions - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce - 2 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp
  • Ajinomoto - 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Cut chapathies into a long thin strips and keep aside
  • Heat the oil in a deep skillet and add ginger garlic paste
  • Now add onions and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans and fry for 5-6 mins. They should be little crunchy and not overcooked
  • Now add soya sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, salt and chapathi strips and mix well so that the noodles are evenly coated with multiple Sauce and flavours
  • Now add the chopped spring onions and stir well
  • Serve hot
