Ingredients:
- Marie Biscuits powder -1cup
- Coco powder - 1/2 cup
- Sugar powder - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Coconut powder - 4 tbsp
- Milk - 4 tbsp
Method:
- Take marie biscuits powder, coco powder, 1/2 cup sugar and milk into a bowl and mix like chapathi dough
- Now take a plastic sheet and rolling pin, apply 1tsp butter
- Spread above dough on the greased plastic sheet with a rolling pin to make coco layer
- Take butter, sugar powder, 2 tbsp coconut powder into another bowl, mix and spread over the coco layer
- Roll this along with plastic cover as shown in the picture and keep in the deep fridge for 1 hour
- Now, roll the frozen Biscuit Toffee roll in coconut powder and keep in the deep fridge along with plastic cover for another 1 1/2 hours
- Take the frozen roll out and cut into small pieces and store in refrigerator
