Biscuit Toffee


Ingredients:
  • Marie Biscuits powder -1cup
  • Coco powder - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar powder - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Coconut powder - 4 tbsp
  • Milk - 4 tbsp

Method:

  • Take marie biscuits powder, coco powder, 1/2 cup sugar and milk into a bowl and mix like chapathi dough
  • Now take a plastic sheet and rolling pin, apply 1tsp butter
  • Spread above dough on the greased plastic sheet with a rolling pin to make coco layer
  • Take butter, sugar powder, 2 tbsp coconut powder into another bowl, mix and spread over the coco layer
  • Roll this along with plastic cover as shown in the picture and keep in the deep fridge for 1 hour
  • Now, roll the frozen Biscuit Toffee roll in coconut powder and keep in the deep fridge along with plastic cover for another 1 1/2 hours
  • Take the frozen roll out and cut into small pieces and store in refrigerator
